HOW DO I BOOK A JUMP HOUSE?

Visit the BOOK ONLINE tab at the top of the page. You can choose your rental item and then choose which day you would like to reserve. It's that easy!

CAN I BOOK MORE THAN ONE BOUNCE HOUSE AT A TIME?

Currently, our online website with WIX does not allow for Booking more than one item at  a time. If you want to BOOK 2 or more Bounce houses, you can contact Carlos and he can book the Bounce Houses for you - OR you can BOOK a single bounce house at a time.

 

WHAT IS THE NON-REFUNDABLE FEE? 

There is a $50 non-refundable fee for ANY cancellation that was not given a 24 hour or more notice. You will ONLY be charged $50, even if you had multiple bookings.

HOW DO WE PAY?

There are a few options for payments. You can either pay it all online, or in person. We accept cash or card. There is a water fee that MUST be paid in person if you wish to have water hooked up to your COMBO bounce house. We do not have the option to add that to our bookings, and apologize for any inconvenience. There is also a A$5 discount for all cash payments, which will be honored in person. We encourage friendly reminders of the cash discount. 

 

WHAT ARE YOUR RATES?

Each bounce house has a different rate. ALL cash orders, there will be $5 taken off of the Bounce House Rental Price.

 

WHEN DO I NEED TO MAKE A RESERVATION?

You can make reservations up to 12 hours prior to any rental - as long as there is an opening in the schedule.

 

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

All cancellations must be done with a 24 hour notice. Any cancellations under a 12 hour notice are subject to a non-refundable deposit fee, due to inconvenience.

We DO SET UP BETWEEN 7AM-10AM AND TEAR DOWN BETWEEN 7AM- 8PM?

Here at Jump Time Rentals, we allow a window of time to set up and tear down in case we have other rentals booked that day for other bounce houses.

WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT POLICIES?

Payments can be made online or in person. Cash or Card.  All added fees will be paid at the time of set-up. Those added fees are not included in your online total.

If you make your payment online - expect any added fees to be paid separately, if they apply to you.

If you pay in person, those added fees will be totaled with your rental and charged to you at the time of service.

We service many surrounding areas from Peoria IL that are within a reasonable range.  To see if you qualify - please contact us with any questions. NO out of state deliveries unless Bounce Houses are picked up and set up by the one who made the booking.
